**Reservations and payment terms** The reservation is confirmed after a deposit of approximately 30% of the total price of the stay is paid. After the reservation is received, the guest receives an offer with payment details. The remaining amount is paid as agreed before or upon arrival. The ideal time of arrival (check-in) is by 4:00 PM, and the ideal time of departure (check-out) by 10:00 AM. If the availability of the apartment allows, certain adjustments to the time of arrival or departure are possible with prior agreement. Upon arrival, guests will receive welcome drinks and a small gift and surprise as a sign of welcome. Throughout the stay, the host is available for information, recommendations and assistance. Guests have access to a barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. Our goal is to provide a pleasant, carefree and relaxing holiday in beautiful Mimice.

The advance payment is not refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest. Exceptionally, a change of the date of stay may be possible with prior agreement with the apartment owner and depending on the availability of accommodation.
