The house was built 40 years ago and then we started renting. We were among the first owners to Lopud. We try to make every year we monitor the needs of our guests and modernize according to the standards while maintaining Dalmatian atmosphere. The house has 6 units of which 4 suites and 2 rooms, and special is that which is incorporated in the Botanical Park, which is one of the oldest in the Mediterranean. It is situated 30m from the beach and the main street, but also the way to the beach Sunj which is one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic. The beautiful terrace surrounded by greenery is available to all guests. Recommended for families because of its proximity sandy beaches, restaurants and most importantly it does not have a car so carelessly enjoys walking.
