The wild laurel tree after which Lovran was named, and other Mediterranean plants give the air a special therapeutic quality. Lovran boasts a 12-kilometer coastal path known as Lungomare, which connects it with the rest of the Opatija Riviera. Opatija is within easy reach, and if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, you can drive to Rijeka for half an hour. The breezes that descend from Učka bring the scents of Istria and relieve the summer heat, and the view from our terraces is breathtaking. Arrival time is after 2 pm. Departure time is until 10 am. Free parking is available for guests of Villa Allegra. Each apartment has its own price list. The price is formed depending on the season and the number of people in the apartment. Tourist tax is included in the price of the night. We accept small dogs that are accustomed to staying in the apartment. The fee is €10 per day. The advance payment is 20% of the total reservation price. The remaining amount of the reservation is paid in cash in EUR on the first day of arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.If the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, the advance payment will be refunded in full, and if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days before arrival, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Everything was great.
We had a great time in these apartments in Lovran! Spacious, clean accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the cozy balcony with a sea view - a perfect place for morning coffee. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help)

The apartment exceeded all expectations! Great layout, divine sea view from the large balcony. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy, including the surroundings. The owner is very friendly. It is a 5-minute walk to the coast and 10 minutes to the center of Lovran. There are great restaurants and bars for all generations. The apartment is also suitable for families with 2 children. I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back!
