The house itself is located in a beautiful, very touristic part of Makarska, about 90 m from the city beach, and within 200 m of which there are 8 hotels. The host has many years of experience in the tourism industry. At a distance of 500 m from the house there is a tennis center and a water park, at 800 m the main urban park of the city with sports and recreational facilities, and at 1000 m the beginning of the city center. At 100 m there is a diving center, and at the same distance there is the Biokovka hotel, which offers indoor swimming pools, saunas, gyms, physical therapy and massages. Nearby attractions include the Shell Museum in the city, the Biokovo Nature Park with the famous Skywalk, the Red and Blue Lakes in Imotski, and tourist boat trips to the island and the city of Korčula, and the famous Zlatni rat beach on the island of Brač.
