Since the building is about 15 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the ambulance, while a pharmacy, shops and pastry shops are located just next to the facility. Parking is in front of the building for a fee, and cca500m of the house is a parking lot and day ticket is 30, 00kn - about 4 € and recommend guests just this solution which is also the most favorable.

The amount of reserved accommodation must be fully settled before the arrival of guests, and advance payment or booking, is 30% of the value. Advance reservations made will not be refunded if not canceled 15 days before arrival. Change-over day is Saturday to Saturday, and enter in the accommodation is after 14 hours, leaving from the same up to 10 h. The guest is obligated to clean the apartment on departure, or, if it does not will be charged a 30 € cleaning. Tourist tax is charged per guest per day and is not included in the price.
