Villa Punta is a three-storey villa that opens its doors for 2018 for the first time. Experience the escape in the peaceful villa of a pine forest with a beautiful sea view and private heated pool near the pebble beaches. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the noise, but close to the nearby town of Omis. The villa is ideal for accommodating 8-10 people. There are fixed beds for 12 people, but could arrange accommodation with more than 12 people on the host for folding sofas. The villa is modern and well equipped. The terrain is steep, offering privacy from the neighbors, and the beach is 100 meters away.

Payment is made after booking 30% of the total amount on the account of the owner, the rest on arrival. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Arrival to apartment is after 14:00 and departure until 10:00. There are 4 parking spaces available for the night. 500 EUR deposit in case of damage is payable upon arrival, and refund on the day of departure.

Pebble beach On the ground floor there is a large terrace which can be accessed from the spacious living room with two sides. The terrace has access to the pool. The pool is surrounded by walls and has a glass roof, so privacy is guaranteed. In rainy days all heated pool doors can be closed and the pool can easily be turned into an indoor pool. There is a barbecue at the pool. The second floor offers two separate suites with two balconies. The third floor offers a suite with a large terrace. The terrace has a glass fence for a stunning view even from the sun loungers and far from the neighbors' eyes. The terrace is covered with a sun umbrella with an automated closure mechanism.
We were here at the 21. 6. 2014 - 28.6 2014 accommodation corresponding photos. It was clean and new and really nice. The apartments are well equipped. Beaches are nice, mostly pebble. Accommodation recommended.
