Holiday house of 60 m2 plus a terrace of 31 m2 is located in the center of Maslenica near Zadar on a plot of 1273 m2, away from the beach 5 minutes walk. The owners do not live in the house and the guests are staying in the entire building. The house consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen-living room and hallway. The terrace has sun protection. Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 (seven) days for stays longer than 7 (seven) days. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment and supplies Tableware and dining. The house is equipped with iron and ironing board machine, dryer, hair dryer, coffee maker and kettle.
