In the old, quiet part Mimica, is a newly built house overlooking the sea and the island of Brac. Distance from the beach is a 10-15 minute walk. If going by car, it takes 2 minutes. Parking is located 50 m above the house, on the main road and is free of charge. Capacity building consists of two studio apartments, located on the ground floor and first floor. Each apartment has a double bed, kitchen, and a classic sofa that, if necessary, easily turned into an extra bed. Both apartments have a large terrace, and in the courtyard there is a barbecue and outdoor shower is ideal for refreshing on the terrace. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Pets are not allowed.
