Apartments Villa Alen - Mimice - Split region

Wonderfully!!! The apartment is like a hotel, the beach is close, the price is good, the relationship is professional. We will almost certainly see each other again next year. A wonderful vacation...

All praise for this clean and modern apartment! Owner Mrs. Mirela kindly welcomed us and was at our disposal during all 6 days of our stay. The apartment is almost right by the sea which is a huge plus! The beach is calm and quiet at night, it is possible to go for a walk or a night swim. We spent a wonderful time there and we recommend the apartment to everyone who wants peace, tidiness and a beautiful view from the balcony. Once again all praise for the apartment and the owner!

The photos at website are real and apartament is better than at photos. Very clean and big apartament. Mirela is very helpfull owner. There are Only few steps to the beach, not high way! There is very nice and calm place. The Beach is beautifull with cameral beach bar. It is Worth visiting! Great place for rest with children. Thank you for everything. Best regards!

I have only words of praise for the apartment. Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Nice decoration, comfort, cleanliness, beautiful sea view, peace and everything you need for a real vacation. Mirela is a very kind and dear person, who is at your disposal if you need anything. My recommendations anyway !!

A wonderful and very clean modern apartment in a perfect location ... Perfectly located with a stunning sea view ... with nice beaches and cafes on them. The view from the terrace is just wonderful ... you could spend every moment there ... This terrace does everything ... One bedroom is very large with a double bed and the other is tiny, but just to sleep there is enough ... Above, in the garden, a great place for a barbecue ... with another beautiful view of the sea and huge mountains I heartily recommend it was mega ....

We spend 1 week, at Mirela, in 2 apartments and all I can say is that she’s the best owner I stayed in all my travels around Europe Onest, she will give you all the real detailsabout the apartments(that by the way look even better in reality on good price)and really helpful with everything you need at anytime.The apartments are really clean, spacious, with all you need (full kitchen with all you need in it, clean towels, soop etc) The apartments have amazing view over the sea(you have the sea across the apartment, a great beach with a cafe bar on it) for sure you will have your own parking lot in the yard of the apartment and about 800 m you have a really good supermarket, exchange office, a place with fruit and vegetables, and a cafe bar were you can enjoy a drink or a tasty pizza. In all our staying, we enjoyed quite nights with the sea in front of us. I really recommend Mirela and each of her apartments I’m sure you won’t regret the choice .Have a nice vacation everyone, we sure did have the time of our lives here!

We have been visiting this place for 6 years and it is absolutely great place for peaceful vacation. From the apartment is really nice sea view and the beach si close (about 3 minutes from your room). If you want to make some trip and visit some other places around the great choice is for example a port in Mimice, a nearby church with nice view or Split city. Sea is warm and absolutely crystal clear with amazing mountains scenery. The beach has shower and two bars with really tasty ice-cream and coffee. If you like romantic swimming you can go to the beach in the evening because there is nobody. Apartment is well prepared and rooms are really clean always. This place is great for nice vacation and our family recommend it to you all. Especially we would like to say big thank you to all Jašaragic´s family because they are always really gentle to us and even when we have ill child there they were really helpful. Definitely recommended!

We returned yesterday and there is nothing to say except that everything is great. Mirela is extremely kind as her mom. If you really want the apartment clean comfortable and functional then this is certainly the Alen apartment. Price, very fair and worth every lime (and more). I know for sure, next year my husband and son and I have to come again. 40 m to the beach seems a little exaggerated ... so just cross the road or I liked everything so much that I became unbiased. I recommend it to everyone for sure. Here it is from me and my family, beautiful and I already miss the beautiful beaches beautiful sea and great atmosphere

I liked it very much, good non-intrusive owners, a beautiful view from the balcony, a spacious room easily accommodated a family with 4 people. 2 minutes walk to the sea, large parking in the shade!

The hosts are commendable !! Accommodation is spacious, neat and clean apartment with a terrace overlooking the beautiful. Parking is a big car in the shade. Beautiful long, clean and sandy beach. Beautiful clean. The vicinity of Split, Omis, Brac, Hvar, Makarska, Baska Voda, Brela gives the option of going to the city. My family is once again returning to this beautiful place.

Helpful and wonderful hosts that they allow a pleasant stay in their apartments. Apartments clean and tidy. Parking wide in the shade. View of the apartments fantastic. Beautiful clean, apartment close to the long and clean sandy beaches. The place where my family and I come again. Apartment was very nice, quiet area. The spacious terrace we had a beautiful view directly on the sea, the beach clean and nepreľudnené. The owners are nice and friendly. Beautiful small and quiet place with very hospitable hosts, a beautiful beach and beautiful clean sea have provided me and my family summer to remember. The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy with a wonderful view of the sea and the beach that separates you literally just crossing the road. Everything about the apartment on the location, pictures, equipment is as stated in the ad. It is ideal for those seeking a quiet vacation for families with children. Nearby is a well stocked shop and the lovely pebble beach in the shade of the trees there are two bars, then all you need for a perfect holiday. Recommended to all those who want this holiday to come to apartments Alen and rest your body and soul with the scent of pines, the whisper of the sea and salt in your hair.
