The apartment is located in the new part of Nin near the Queen's Beach, which is sandy, ideal for small children. The beach is also rich in healing mud. The apartment has three rooms and is located on the first floor. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet (washing machine) and another toilet, a kitchen with a dining room and a terrace. There is a restaurant, a market and a bakery nearby, and the center of Nin (the old historic town) and the tourist resort of Zaton are also nearby. The house is located in a quiet street. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee, and internet is free. All guests receive a parking card from us for parking on the beaches, so they have free entry to the beaches. We spent 7 days of our holiday in the Matko apartment. The apartment is cosy, comfortable and situated in a quiet area, yet close to shops, restaurants, bakeries and the historic centre of Nin. The large kitchen and two toilets were a big advantage for us. The nearest beach, Krajličina, is about a 6-minute walk away. It’s perfect for young children, but adults will find plenty to enjoy too. The location is also a great base for an active holiday. There’s plenty to see in the area around Nin. It’s also possible to visit more distant beaches, and thanks to the parking pass provided by our hosts, we had free parking. Mr. Sime and Mrs. Ana are wonderful hosts – very kind, friendly and hospitable people. They provided us with delicious home-grown grapes and figs throughout our stay. We’ve come away from our holiday with a great impression and lots of wonderful memories.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional toilet, air conditioning, TV, a large and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious terrace. We especially liked the possibility of using the outdoor shower, and the real pleasure was the yard around the house. Olive and fig trees provide natural shade and create a beautiful, peaceful Dalmatian atmosphere. A special nice detail were the small tortoises that came to our yard and further enhanced our stay. However, what we will remember most is not only the apartment and the beautiful surroundings, but our wonderful hosts. They are extremely kind, warm and accommodating and made us feel welcome and at home. We leave Apartments Matko full of beautiful memories and with the hope that this was not our last visit. We wholeheartedly recommend Apartments Matko to anyone who wants a peaceful, pleasant and special vacation in a beautiful Dalmatian environment. Many thanks to the hosts for everything - we will definitely be back!

The apartment is as described. Well-equipped, spacious, and clean. Conveniently located. The kitchen offers sea and mountain views. Nearby are two large supermarkets (Konzum, Tommy) and a bakery. Very nice owners.
