We stayed in this apartment and we have nothing but praise for it! From arrival to departure everything was really great. The owner is extremely kind and accommodating. We were immediately greeted with a cold drink and even offered a car cover to protect us from the sun. Such attention to guests is rare these days. The apartment is clean, tidy and very cozy. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need to prepare meals. The bathroom is neat. We especially liked the large, spacious balcony which is ideal for morning coffee or evening socializing. Parking is included and easily accessible, which meant a lot to us because we used the car a lot. The sea and the beach are literally a 2 to 3 minute easy walk away. Perfect for families and anyone who loves sandy beaches like us. There is also an outdoor shower in the yard which is very practical after returning from the beach. The location of the apartment is really great. It's quiet, yet everything is close by. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes of easy walking to the center of Nin. There are two very good places to eat nearby, a burger bar and a restaurant, as well as a cafe on the main beach. There is also a small market for basic necessities. There is even a place where you can leave beach items such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, etc., which was really useful for us. The price is more than fair considering everything that is offered. We felt very comfortable and relaxed, like at home. No complaints whatsoever. We recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and fully equipped accommodation near the sea.
