Our modern apartments are located in Nin, a coastal town in the southern part of the Nin Bay on the Ždrijac peninsula, 17 km north of Zadar. It is the oldest royal town in Croatia, near the famous sandy beach Ždrijac. Nin is not only a historical town. Together with its surroundings it also provides favorable conditions for rest and recreation. Around Nin there are several long sandy lagoons with sandy beaches, far from the crowds, and an industrial zone, with excellent microclimate conditions. The apartments are located in a beautiful and very quiet area, less than a five-minute walk from the beach and the Adriatic Sea. The house has two floors. The owners live on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor and two on the second. The house is detached and the property is fenced, so it is very suitable for children. It also has parking for five cars and a barbecue in the garden. The apartments are not suitable for wheelchairs. Wireless internet is available. The beach and the sea are only 100 m away from the apartments, and other facilities are 600 meters away.
