To reserve an apartment, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30%. The rest of the amount is paid 3 days before arrival at the facility. On the day of arrival, the apartment is at your disposal from 2:00 p.m. (check-in), on the day of departure, the apartment is vacated by 10:00 a.m. (check-out). Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as well as WiFi and use of air conditioning. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, but it is allowed on the balconies. We do not accept pets! Organizing parties is not allowed.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationThe reservation of the apartment can be canceled no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival. In this case, the full amount of the advance payment for the reservation will be returned to you.
