The newly renovated house is located on the picturesque north side of the village of Vrsi, and the beach is only 8 minutes away on foot or 2 minutes by car - Uvala Duboka Draga. There is also a similar Kukinca beach and a sandy beach that is great for children and families, a 5-minute drive away. Along the ordinary coast in another part of the village - Vrsi Mulo, with bars and restaurants on the coast. The house is ideal for families or groups of friends. On the northern border of the village, without neighbors, quiet and great for a peaceful vacation. There are rows of young olive trees around the house and building. In the morning you can see wild rabbits jumping, hear birds chirping and spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. A garden full of flowers, herbs and vegetables. So, if you don't want to swim, the garden is a great place to relax where you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds it. Or take a shower outdoors. :)

You can use the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine (new). The house has wireless internet, and there is also a smart TV. In addition, we also have one waterproof bed if needed for guests with children. Air conditioning is not required due to the natural air circulation and the location of the house. It's always cold inside, but if you want, we have two air conditioners and three large cooling fans available. For those who will enjoy our house in the winter time, there is a wood stove that can heat the whole house very quickly. You will also have prepared logs and all the other things needed to start a fire easily. Our holiday home is rated three stars by the official.
