Newly renovated apartment, 50 meters from the sea, in a quiet part of Novi Vinodolski. The apartment consists of one double bedroom with TV, living room with extra bed for two persons, and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area: electric stove, hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Bathroom - shower, washbasin, WC, bidet, washing machine and hair dryer. Balcony with sea view. The apartment is surrounded by greenery, has a courtyard with a common grill. Close to rocky, pebble and concrete beaches, just a couple of minutes walk. There is a parking space in front of the building.

How to book the apartment: 1. You contact us using the attached form, email or phone. 2. We will contact you back to confirm the availability of the apartment (valid for 48 hours) and the payment method 3. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay in advance 30% of the total amount. 4. When we receive the payment we will send you an e-mail to let you know that the reservation is confirmed. 5. The rest of the amount you pay on the day of arrival. Arrival to the apartment is after 2 pm and departure from the apartment is until 10 pm.

Wonderful apartment. We had the impression that we were the first to stay in it. The equipment of the apartment delighted us. All designed and equipped to the last detail. Clean, tidy, fragrant. Comfortable bed. Beautiful sea view. Extremely helpful and friendly hosts. Marked parking space, reserved for apartment only. We've been watching everything over the years, but this was so beautiful that we just didn't believe for a week that something like this had happened to us. We sincerely hope that the events will serve us with the good fortune to get a free appointment.

We spent 1 week with our son in this wonderful apartment! It was a great experience for us the location of the apartment and the sea view !! We were very pleased with the kind attentiveness of the welcome drinks in the fridge !! The waterfront is fantastic, the water is crystal clear! The center is further away so very peaceful quiet environment !! The apartment is very nice, clean well equipped, all needs are met! And very comfortable beds which is very important !! Greeting! This year, with our family for the first time, we had our vacation in that apartment and in that area. I can only say good things about everything, and most about the apartment. This apartment is really top notch, it has everything you need and really quality appliances, accessories, dishes, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, really all. The apartment is very clean, and the housekeeper tries to give the apartment to another in a very clean and spotless condition. We come from Slovenia and we are very grateful to the owners and owners of this apartment, Mrs. Zrinki, in a very good relationship and thank you once again for everything and for the most pleasant vacation we have been living with you! For our first holiday in Croatia we chose Novi and the ACTA apartment. It was a choice definitely hit. The apartment is comfortable, perfectly clean, well equipped and spent two weeks in August I definitely find it a success. I recommend this facility.
We were here like a family of 4 persons in August 2016 only 7 days, in the apartment and it was beautiful, we were very sad when we left. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need. Next to the sea, the beach is phenomenal. Mr. Verzotti is very professional ... what can I say more ... We booked again for August 2017 but now for 14 days. Greetings from Germany

Just great, we were there for four weeks and enjoyed every day. Super clean. Spotlessly clean On nothing we like. Everything was there. (except wine glasses) detergent, Lenor, cleans funds etc Even coffee a bottle of wine and ice in the freezer. Anytime always.
In August 2014, the first time I was with his wife and seven-year-old daughter on vacation in New Vinodolski. I must commend that this really was a holiday wish for everyone. We had the honor and happiness that we were the first guests in the new apartments that thrilled us in every way, from interior design to the yard, and we are particularly delighted sea views from every corner of the apartment. The owners are very friendly and I have to admit that it is rare to come across such a friendly relationship as they have to guests. This place, especially the apartment, is definitely a destination where we want to holiday again.

In this apartment, we spent more than a week's vacation in August 2014. 2 adults and 4 year old daughter. Modern and clean hotel is just a short walk from the sea. The owners are friendly, Speak English without any problems. The weather became beautiful, and so we enjoyed besides swimming and walking around the city and exploring the surrounding area. Overall we were quite satisfied.
