Casa Blanka is an apartment in Povile near Novi Vinodolski, spread over two floors with a covered terrace, beautiful sea views and a separate entrance from the back. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, toilet and living room with access to a large terrace with sea views. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a hallway and a bathroom, and two rooms have a balcony and sea views. There is air conditioning on each floor. A grill can be used in the yard. The two nearest beaches (pebbles) are a three-minute walk away, and there are many more beautiful pebble beaches in the village. Parking is free, right next to the house.

Payment is in hand when the guest arrives, and the advance payment is 20 percent of the amount and is paid to the lessor's account when booking. In the period from 1.7. until 1.9. arrival and departure must be on Saturdays. The time of arrival (check-in) must be after 14:00. The time of departure (check-out) must be by 10:00. It is possible to bring one dog to the apartment, but only small breeds (up to 40 cm in height) and by no means aggressive breeds (Stafford, pitbull).

We stayed in this apartment in 08/2025, a total of 5 adults and 2 children. The apartment consisted of three rooms upstairs (1 large and 2 smaller) and a kitchen with a shared living room downstairs and a large terrace. It is fully furnished for all common needs. The apartment was clean and prepared for us. We appreciate the friendly behavior of the pleasant owner Blanka the most. Not far from the apartment (within 100 m) is a very nice protected small beach Dundo Beach. Parking by car is problem-free at the apartment.
