Newly furnished apartment in a quiet part of Novi Vinodolski, 50m from the sea. Ideal for a family who prefers to have all the necessary amenities on foot, at your fingertips. Two double bedrooms with bunk beds of 180x200, living room with extra bed, dining room and kitchen fully equipped-gas stove, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The apartment has two indoor cooling / heating units and two TVs. Bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. The apartment is surrounded by a green, beautifully landscaped yard with a grill. Close to pebble, rocky and concrete beaches. Long promenade and several cafes and restaurants along the beach and promenade. A parking space is provided.

To confirm the reservation, you must pay 30% to the bank account and the remaining amount is payable on the day of arrival. Time of guest arrival on Saturday or by appointment from 12h, and departure till 10h. The price includes sojourn tax, use of air conditioners, use of washing machine and dishwasher and reserved one parking space.

We spent from mid-August two weeks in the apartment. It is fully equipped and well maintained. From the side-mounted balcony the sea can be seen, which is within walking distance. On the rocky shore there are plenty of beach chairs, generally rather quiet, not much action. The owners are very friendly, courteous and helpful. So all the best. For a predominantly beach holiday, the apartment is highly recommended.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped and good located. It is only a few minutes walk from the rocky beach. It is possible to have a swim everywhere along the coast. The sea was very fine. The old center of the town is available within 15-20 minutes walk. We enjoyed our holiday here. The surrounding of the apartment was sometimes a little bit noisy, probably because of peak season. We can gladly recommend the apartment everybody.

We were there in August 2014, with the family in Novi Vinodolski. With luck, we can still book this well-located apartment for 10 days short term. The apartment is very nicely furnished and the equipment is high quality. We immediately felt at home. The apartment has a covered balcony with beautiful views of Mediterranean gardens and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and we lacked nothing during the entire stay. There is a specially created for the residents parking and a beautiful garden with lawn and barbecue, and everything is in perfect condition. We are particularly noticed that the whole house was perfectly clean! The Novi Vinodolski is within a few minutes walk, where we could buy and gladly went stroll with the family. For small errands, there is a mini market close. Not far from the apartment there is a beach that our children preferred because of the low water depth. We recommend beach shoes offered there as sandy beaches are rare. I would particularly like to highlight the friendliness of the landlord. It has everything super organized and extremely friendly. When our son was sick one night, you and your husband drove us to a hospital and have translated for us. All in all we can highly recommend the apartment and Novi Vinodolski.

We visited Novi Vinodolski (4 people) for a week early September last year. Unfortunately the weather wasn\'t very well but the apartment we have stayed was perfect. The apartment is located near the sea, only 3 minutes from the beach. The seaside is beautiful, especially for people who likes rocky beaches. As it is in the description, the apartment is fully equipped, there are everything you need for cooking and dinning in the kitchen. A small supermarket is only 2 minutes far, but there are bigger supermarkets in the city. The owner is very kind and helpful, she tried to help us in everything what we need or look for. I will recommend this property to my friends or relatives if they will looking for accommodation in the Kvarner.
