Our Villa Maria with 2 apartments located in the small town of Novigrad away 30 kilometers from Zadar. Novigrad was voted the most romantic places in Dalmatia because of its natural beauty. Two fully equipped apartments (35 m2) receive up to 4 people. They are fully air-conditioned and both apartments also have a terrace overlooking the sea. One of the apartments has a second terrace which also has sea views. Parking place have both apartments, as well as wireless internet, TV, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Using the climate is 5 euros per day. The apartments are located 50 meters from the beach.

For reservation payment is required 30% of the total. The advance payment is made to the bank account and the remaining balance is to be paid on the spot upon arrival. Ideal arrival time is at 15:00 and departure at 10:00 am.
