Equipped with modern new kitchens with dishwashers, bathrooms with spacious shower cubicles, flat-screen TVs, and each with 1 bedroom with king bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. Residents have new quality sofas that extend into a king size bed. Upstairs is a balcony overlooking the sea, the lower apartment has its own large terrace. There is a large paved courtyard in common, fenced in and closed from view, a large grill, and a swimming pool with 8 comfortable deck chairs.
