Availability in peak season (July / August) is limited to stays of one or more weeks, and arrivals and departures in this period are available only on Saturdays, with the possible exception of Sundays by prior arrangement. Price includes tax, use of air conditioning, flat-rate Internet connection and parking space for one car in a guarded parking lot, so there is no extra cost compared to the rates. To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the total, and the remainder to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.
