Comfortable apartment for 4 people in the center of Opatija with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with new furniture. The apartment is located in the center, very close to all amenities and the beach. It is located between the market and the post office, just 300 meters from the famous Lungo Mare promenade. Only 50 m from the apartment there is a shop, bakery, cafe ... Parking is available on the same street as the public car park. The bus stop is close to the apartment and is connected to Rijeka and other cities, so it is very easy to reach by public transport.

Payment and terms
Payment: 30% of the total price will be charged when booking. The rest of the amount is payable on arrival. Upon arrival, we issue you an invoice and report your information to the Tourist Board. Ideal arrival times are between 3pm and 4pm and departures between 10am and 11am. If there is a possibility of an early arrival, we will always notify you.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
After an advance payment, cancellation is possible 30 days before the first day of reservation. In this case, we will pay back the down payment.

Excellent accommodation!

The apartment is a great spot, close to town, close to the sea, the beach. It's clean, fully equipped and a lot of nice! The owners are welcoming and warm! Gladly recommend!

Holidays in the center of the town

The apartment is in the center of town, to the beach should be a short walk away, the apartment is extremely neat and clean. The bearings are also favorable for a good sleep. Definitely recommend this apartment!
