Studio apartment Margarita is modern and comfortable, perfect for a vacation for two. It is located in the very center of Opatija, on the floor of a building built several years ago, so the apartment is completely new. It has a small and practical kitchen, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower cabin and a washing machine, a comfortable bed and a large terrace that belongs only to the apartment. The house is located right next to the post office, and 50 to 100 meters from the market, shops, bank and pharmacy. The nearest beach is 250 meters away, just a few minutes' walk. In season (July, August and September) we also offer free public parking on the street for our guests.

The reservation is confirmed by an advance payment of half of the agreed amount and is non-refundable, and the rest is paid immediately upon arrival. Payment is made to the account that we deliver to interested guests. Check-in is possible from 5 p.m., that is, according to the agreement, it can be earlier if the apartment was empty the night before or if the guests left earlier. Check-out is at 11 a.m., which is also flexible, if possible.
