Shared barbecue is located in the garden while parkirng is 50 meters from the house and is located on public area.

Payment of 30% accommodation is required within 48 hours after the agreement. If payment is not made within the agreed deadline it is considered that the reservation has been canceled. If, after the payment of the reservation, the guest has changed and canceled the reservation, or if he does not appear for any justified or unjustified reasons, on the day of his arrival, the refund of the amount paid is not possible. The remainder of the amount is payable upon arrival in the apartment. For bookings longer than 14 days, we grant a discount. The amount of discount depends on the length of stay and the term. When entering the apartment, it is necessary to give 50 euros in cash deposit for any damage. The deposit will be returned at checkout if there is no damage.
