We just finished a one week vacation in this pleasant and elegant apartment located on the first floor of a villa built in 1907 which must have belonged to some aristocrat at the beginning of the 20th century. The villa itself is really well located, just a couple of hundred meters to all you may need: beaches, shops, bars, etc and the town centre. Perhaps the villa exterior and garden may need a bit of overhaul (though this may not depend on the proprietors of the apartment), but the apartment is impeccable: modern furniture, all possible required appliances in new conditions (big volume fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine, TV SAT, WiFi, etc); very spacious: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge (with sofa for additional bed), one balcony with a nice view. The sturdy stone walls structure helps keep a good ambient temperature; we never used the air conditioner despite outside it got quite hot. Hosts are very friendly and quick to respond: pet friendly too. Recommended for a quiet stay. Would like very much to return.

The apartment is situated in an early 1900s villa on the side of a hill, which allows for nice views and a quiet enviroment. The apartment is provided with all comforts and key facilities one might need. The owners are extremely kind and helpful and are available at all times even during the stay (we had a problem with the television and they promptly fixed it and called us to check if everything was working fine a few hours later). The beach is on the corner and the city-centre with all the shops and restaurants is at walking distance. I will definitely consider booking this apartment again if my family decides to come back to Opatija next summer.

My holydays was held in June 2012. Climate and infrastructure allows to have a vacation in Opatija almost year-round. Opatija has an excellent spa with pool, possibility of recovery procedures for health. The apartment is located in a cozy place, situated near the beach with a play area for children and a pebble entrance to the water. Not far from the Camellia - the market for every taste: fresh seafood, fruits, vegetables and cheeses. The city has a beautiful botanical garden, nice walking areas, play areas for children and a pleasant shopping experience for adult. Opatija convenient to travel to the seat of the city of Rovinj, Rijeka and others. You can organize a boat trip on the beautiful island of Krk, or along the coast. Apartment is deserve their own high scores! Excellent repair, comfortable furniture, take into account all the needs of the residents in the organization of everyday life, a sense of home environment did not leave us during the entire stay! Special thanks to the hostess Alla Zinakova for the attentive and responsive attitude to the guests, with the possibility of consultations on any issues on the living in Opatija and holidays in Croatia. Excellent organization of transfers from the airport and back, the interest in our comfortable rest! I encourage you to discover this wonderful place to stay!
