Iris Croatica K, superior apartment accepts pets. Pets are charged an additional €25 per night. The maximum number of pets in the house is 1 weighing up to 20 kg or 2 smaller ones weighing up to 20 kg. Reservation confirmation is made by paying 30% of the total amount for the desired period of stay to the bank account of the property owner, and the remaining amount can be paid either to the bank account no later than the date preceding the guest's arrival at the property or in cash upon arrival at the property. After the advance payment is made, we send the reservation confirmation to the guest by e-mail for the desired period of stay with the exact number of people / who will be staying in the property

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION: • For no-shows (without prior cancellation) on the reserved date, the property owner retains the advance payment amount – 30% of the total reservation amount. • For cancellations 21 or more days before the agreed vacation date, guests have the right to use the advance payment for another available date of their choice. It is possible to change the date twice within the framework of this cancellation condition, after which the guest loses the right to a refund of the advance payment amount and the possibility of using it. • If there is a “force majeure” or a major malfunction or conditions in the accommodation facility that are not satisfactory for the guests' stay, the property owner may cancel the reservation with a detailed explanation to the guest and allow the guest to choose any alternative available date with an appropriate discount of 20% on the entire originally agreed reservation amount. • By paying the advance payment for the reservation of the date, the guest accepts the “Cancellation Conditions”.
