Iris Croatica consists of two apartments, Iris Croatica SUPERIOR K and Iris Croatica DELUX J. FLOOR: - spacious bedroom with bed 200*210, own bathroom and toilet - sauna GROUND FLOOR: - The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like your own home, dining room and living room - bedroom with two separate beds (110*210), which can be combined into one (220*210) if necessary - sofa bed in the living room (bed 190*240) - bathroom - separate toilet - spacious terrace Shared heated pool (29*), sun deck, swings, slides and trampoline, cots, high chairs, entertainment (board games, mini football, badminton) Each of our apartments can accommodate 4 people on the basic beds and 2 on the extra bed. Parking in the yard is provided for all our guests - Restaurants, shops, a hospital are located in the vicinity - the center of the capital Zagreb and all the facilities it offers are 40 km away.

Payment and terms
Iris Croatica K, superior apartment accepts pets. The stay of pets is charged additionally in the amount of €25 per night. The maximum number of pets in the house is 1 weighing up to 20 kg or 2 smaller pets weighing up to 20 kg. Confirmation of the reservation is made by paying 30% of the total amount for the desired period of stay to the giro account of the owner of the facility, and the rest of the amount can be paid either to the giro account no later than the date preceding the day of the guest's arrival at the facility or in cash upon arrival at the facility. Upon payment of the advance payment, we send the reservation confirmation to the guest by e-mail for the desired period of stay with the exact number of persons / who will stay in the facility.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: • For non-arrival (without prior cancellation) in the reserved time, the owner of the facility keeps the paid advance payment - 30% of the total amount of the reservation. • For cancellation of the reservation 21 or more days before the agreed vacation date, guests have the right to use the advance payment for another free date of their choice. It is possible to change the appointment twice within the terms of this appointment cancellation condition, after which the guest loses the right to the refund of the advance payment and the possibility of using it. , the owner of the facility can cancel the reservation with a detailed explanation to the guest and allow the guest to choose any alternative free date with a corresponding discount of 20% on the entire originally agreed amount of the reservation. • By paying the advance payment for the appointment reservation, the guest accepts the "Reservation Cancellation Conditions".
