Payment upon entering the apartment. ›› NOTE: Central cooling with a heat pump (air conditioning) will be in operation when the air temperature in the apartment is higher than 26 C during the day. ›› Washing machine is located in apartments 5, 8 and 11.
Residential tax is included in price.›› Method of advance payment - Apartment reservation advance part is approx. 30% of the total rent of the apartment, through the bank, and the rest in cash upon entering the apartment. The advance payment is not refundable one month before the date of arrival in the apartment, 50% of the advance payment is returned two months before the arrival date in the apartment, and 70% of the advance payment is returned three months before the arrival date in the apartment.
