Modernly equipped apartments in a new building located in a quiet street. Both apartments are located on the second floor of a building with a total of two floors. The apartments consist of a kitchen with a dining area and a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom and are fully furnished and equipped for living and a pleasant stay. Each apartment has a covered terrace with a table and chairs. From the terrace of both apartments you can see the sea and the view extends to Brijuni, and from the terrace of the green apartment you can also see olive groves. The blue apartment overlooks the street, and the green one overlooks the courtyard. The apartments are located a 5-10 minute easy walk to the center of Peroj, where the church is located, and next to it there is a bakery, fruit shop and a small shop. Every Wednesday during the summer, fresh fish comes to that square. Martuline beach is about a 20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. Parking on the coast is free. Only 2km away is Fažana, from which a boat leaves for Brijuni, and there are cafes, restaurants and other entertainment facilities.

The reservation is not instant, but upon request. An advance payment of 30% is required when booking, and the remaining 70% is paid 7 days before arrival. Entry to the apartment is possible after 16:00, and departure from the apartment until 10:00.
