Apartments Kristina are only 150-200 m from the center and the beach, they are quite spacious, with numerous amenities to make guests feel comfortable and at home. All three apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, living room (all sofas are pull-out beds), air conditioning, TV (satellite channels). Two apartments of 90 m² (on the 1st and 2nd floors) are bright, airy, with a 20 m² terrace overlooking the sea and have two spacious bedrooms, and each room has a bathroom and a fan. The apartment of 40 m² has a 5 m² balcony. There is one bedroom of 15 m² with a bathroom, air conditioning and a refrigerator (in the hallway). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and in the hallway at the entrance there is a small library (a shelf with brochures, books in several foreign languages, magazines). *The price of the apartment includes: tourist tax, use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not available. *One parking space per accommodation unit is provided and free of charge, two only by arrangement if there is space. *It is not allowed to bring bicycles and scooters, especially electric ones, into the apartment. Please announce your arrival with electric means of transport that are stored in cars. *The advance payment is 200 EUR/unit when booking (no refund in case of cancellation by the guest). This is my second stay in this apartment, and I doubt it will be my last. Everything is as described: a very good location, all the necessary amenities, very clean and comfortable. The apartment is situated so that you can avoid using the air conditioning. It's close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Parking is available in front of the house, suitable for any size car. The water in the bay is very warm, 25-27 degrees Celsius in June, and the sea slopes gently down to the sea. I recommend the apartments at Villa Kristina to anyone looking for good conditions, a good location, peace, and warm sea water in June. Everything is within a 5-minute walk, and there's a large Plodine supermarket with affordable prices just before entering Pirovac.
Vacation spent in June 2024 in a very nice apartment in villa Kristina in Pirovac. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary items and is located in such a way that it does not get hot and you can sit on the terrace at any time of the day. Close to everything, to the sea, shops, church if anyone walks. Very clean apartment, large parking lot in front of the house. The water is very warm, warmer than in nearby towns, which is important if someone swims a lot. I recommend this apartment and next year my wife and I are also planning to spend our holiday there, which is probably the best review for the villa and the town, because we have been going to Croatia for many years and we try to give honest opinions about places and accommodation.
