We rent a fully and modernly equipped stone house, 182 m2. The house is 15 m from the road (north side) and 60 m from the sea (south side). In front of the entrance to the house there is a parking space for 2 cars. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom, a pantry and another utility room where there is a washing machine, ironing board, umbrellas... From the kitchen and the living room you can exit to a large terrace, 70 m2 with natural shade from a wild mulberry tree. In front of the terrace is a small, beautiful garden with an outdoor shower and barbecue. A 1.5 m wide path leads from the garden to the beach. There is no need to cross the road, so children can go to the beach without being accompanied by an adult. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed, which open onto a large balcony with tables and chairs. The rooms have a sea view. On the north side there is another bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there is another large bathroom.

Guests are requested to arrive at the facility after 2 p.m. On the day of departure, the facility should be vacated by 10 a.m. We charge 20% of the total price in advance for the reservation of the facility. The advance is paid to the bank account of the owner of the facility. Guests are required to pay the rest of the price of the stay in cash on the day of arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment will be returned if the guest cancels the stay up to 30 days before arrival.
