Apartments are fully and modernly equipped. They are located in a quiet street in Podstrana, a 5-minute walk to the beach, hotels and shops. The town center is a 10-minute walk away. Within the house guests have free parking, all apartments are air-conditioned. In addition to all the necessary household appliances, a sufficient number of towels and bed linen are available. In each apartment there are appliances and iron with ironing board, hairdryer, coffee machine. There is a barbecue in the courtyard. Apartments Mimoza 1 and Mimoza 2 are on the ground floor of the house, in front of which there is a terrace with flowers and a small garden equipped with deck chairs, tables and chairs. Mimoza 4 has a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Mimoza 3 has a partial view of the sea, it is a modern interior and has a balcony overlooking the cliff, garden and courtyard of the house. Near the apartments there are a number of restaurants, a casino, a disco, numerous live music terraces. By the sea is a long promenade where there are numerous restaurants and cafes. Beaches are pebble sand, very suitable for children, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. The Podstrana landscape is diverse: from the peaks of the mountains and the southern slopes of Perun, to the sea coast and the waters of this river bank and the mouth of the Žrnovnice.

In Podstrana are offered various organized excursions, renting boats, yachts, scooters, diving schools ... The apartments are only 6 km away from the center of Split, where guests can enjoy sightseeing of Diocletian's palace as well as other historical sights and numerous amenities offered by the Dalmatian metropolis. In Split, the regular bus line (Promet no 60 and Dalmatinac) arrives for about fifteen minutes. In the picturesque Omis and the mouth of the Cetina River, you can reach the same bus in 25 minutes.
