They are located on the middle floor with separate entrances from the north and south sides of the house. Apartments A1 and A2 have two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, terrace, balcony, satellite TV. These apartments are very spacious and comfortable. There is a free parking lot next to the house. In the garden there is a large common terrace with a grill and a table in the shade under a large rose. The ENTIRE house has FREE WI-FI. The house is 900 m from the sea in a quiet part of town. Nearby we have several good restaurants, doctors, masseurs, and a nearby hotel has a swimming pool and sauna, as well as tennis and mini golf courts. At a distance of 6 kilometers there is a small hippodrome and a go-kart, while in another part of Poreč there is also a golf course and a golf club. Poreč is also rich in cultural events from rock music, jazz music and classical concerts. In addition, Poreč is also rich in historical monuments.

The price of the apartment is for 4 people. . The price for an additional person is EUR 25.00 per day. The residence tax is 1.50 per person per day. After confirming the information and the decision to spend the annual vacation in our apartment and to fix the reservation, the landlord requests a payment (cappar) in the amount of 200.00 euros, which the guest pays through the bank. The payment of 200.00 euros is calculated at the final payment of the bill, upon arrival at the apartment. The final payment is made in cash (in euros) with the landlord upon arrival at the apartment. The price for the final cleaning of the apartment is EUR 30.00 once, and the damage insurance deposit is EUR 100.00. Guests enter the apartment from 2:00 p.m. onwards.
