The house is located in a quiet part of town called Madonna del Monte, east of the old town with a series of private houses and a pine grove nearby. An easy walk takes you to the center and the first beaches in 15-20 minutes. The house consists of 3 apartments. The apartments are well and modernly equipped. Each apartment has a separate entrance and complete privacy. The zone is suitable for families who want a quiet holiday, outside the city crowds, and yet close to the city center. The area has several children’s parks, a laundry room, a car wash, several restaurants and cafes and shops. The apartments are located near the bike paths, and we recommend them to lovers of walking and nature, ideal for digital nomads.

We stayed here for 4 weeks in May 2021 and again with the Kampik family in September 2021 because we enjoyed it so much. Beautiful apartment well located and close to the center. Nice family always is helpful. Parking space available directly at the house. Apartment very well maintained and modernly furnished. Everything great. We would love to come back.
