Located in a quiet part of the town of Porec in the village Vranica at lever 29a, which is only 3km from the center of the city. The beach is 1500 meters. There are 5 apartments for 2-5 persons. Categorization is A5 2, A5 2, A4 1, 1 A4 and A2 second house was built in 1995 and 2002 and 2007, was rebuilt and renovated. Each apartment has its own climate, extended terraces, satellite TV, DVD, free W-Lan Internet. The newly built swimming pool (8m x 4m), and a separate smaller pool for children are calling for a special treat. Deck chairs, shower and barbecue are a part. Parking place in the yard.
