"Benedetti Apartments" are located almost right next to the beach, in a perfect location where you could almost jump right into the sea! They are located in a small, quiet place, perfect for relaxation, 2 rows from our main beach. This is an opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle and start a perfect vacation. The apartments are decorated with landscaped gardens, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Imagine yourself on deck chairs with a cocktail, surrounded by peace and flowers. The pebble beach "Mali Dubrovnik" is only 20 m away (2 minutes), and the sandy beach is only 5 minutes away on foot. Restaurants are 50 m away, and a shop is 30 m from the apartments. For larger purchases, a leisurely walk or drive will take you to the center of Povljana (600 m). A cafe and tennis court are only 20 m away, right across the street. The apartments are located on the ground floor, perfect for families with children and couples who love a quiet vacation. Free parking and internet are provided for apartment users, as well as the possibility of using a barbecue, and there are shared outdoor areas for relaxation. Park your car and enjoy!

You can confirm your reservation by e-mail or phone. After confirming your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 25% of the total price within 48 hours of receiving the offer. Arrival time is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and departure time is by 10:00 AM. The price of the apartment does not include the amount for pets - we accept small and medium-sized pets (€25 per night). Please note that any additional person who comes to the apartment and wants to stay overnight, and who was not mentioned or agreed upon when booking, will be charged the amount determined by the landlord for the night, or the person will have to leave the apartment unless otherwise agreed. If people are found who are not registered or announced to stay overnight, the host has the right to cancel the accommodation without charging cancellation fees. More information can be found in the "House Rules", which are sent to guests by e-mail before paying the deposit.

There you will enjoy beautiful turquoise bays, swimming in beautiful bays, good fun guaranteed BEAUTIFUL ISLANDS IN THE ADRIATIC EVERY WEEK: departure from Povljana – Olib – Silba. We also offer yoga classes for our private guests using our yoga mats. Classes are booked during your stay, depending on available dates.

We stayed at Benedetti Apartments during oir holiday, and I can honestly recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, clean, and peaceful accommodation in Povljana. The first thing that impressed us was the exceptional cleanliness. The entire apartment, including the kitchen, was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. You can really see that the owners take great care of the property. The location is excellent as well. We also loved terrace - perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or relax in the evening. The apartment offers air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and private parking. A special thank you goes to the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Her warm and friendly attitude made us feel at home from the very first day .From now on, I won't be looking for any other accommodation. Whenever I return to Povljana, I will definitely stay at Benedetti again. Thank you and we look forward to coming back!
We have been vacationing in the Benedetti apartment for 8 years and we are more than satisfied, we will definitely come again next year. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated with a large terrace and has everything we need on vacation. We recommend it to families with small children because the beach is just a few steps away, as is a shop and excellent ice cream.
