The accommodation reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay. The deposit is included in the total price of the accommodation, and the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment, when collecting the keys. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is refunded if the cancellation is made no later than 14 days before the planned arrival at the accommodation. For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, the deposit is not refunded. We also offer guests the option of paying the entire amount in advance with an additional 5% discount. In this case, the payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Arrival at the apartment is possible from 2:00 PM, and departure is by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrival or later departure are possible by prior arrangement and depending on the availability of the apartment.

Sandy beach Guests are greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The price includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax and parking. An additional charge of €10 per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th person. Pets are charged additionally, increasing the total accommodation price by 20%. We will be happy to recommend local restaurants, beaches, excursions and attractions in the area to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Upon request, we can provide recommendations for excursions, boat rentals, transfers and other activities in the area.
