The villa is situated in the center of the small picturesque Istrian village at a distance of 10 km south of Pula. The house is a historic site over 200 years old. In early 2013, fully renovated in a traditional style Istrian stone houses. On the ground floor there is a small apartment of 30m2 with kitchen, living room with a sofa bed. From this room leads into the double bedroom and bathroom. The ground floor is also a large hall with wardrobe and chest for storage and storage in which the washing machine. The staircase leads us to the first floor where the kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and access to a spacious terrace. On the terrace is a large table with 6 comfortable chairs and umbrella. The staircase leads us to the gallery where there is a bedroom with its toilet. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. The villa is close to the Nature Park Kamenjak, which has 30 km of various beaches with crystal clear waters. Premantura is ideal for surfing.
