Villa Pinia is located in a peaceful and quiet part of Premantura, next to a pine forest and the road to the Kamenjak Nature Park. The nearest wild beach is a 10-minute walk away. On the ground floor of the villa there is a recently renovated apartment Lavandula, which has access to a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a fireplace and a gas grill. It consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The studio is registered for two people and has a nice terrace in the shade. A covered parking lot that closes is located behind the house, so cars are always in the shade.

We would like to once again greet our wonderful hosts and thank you for the excellent service! As a family of three, we chose this apartment primarily because of the comfort and excellent location. The apartment is newly renovated and really spacious and beautiful, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet, a large living room, two air conditioners in the building, which is an additional plus, the most beautiful kitchen that had everything you need in terms of dishes and appliances, and from which you exit to the terrace with a barbecue, a beautiful garden and a courtyard. At the entrance there is another spacious covered terrace and the parking lot for the car is covered and the car was in the shade, which is a big plus considering that we visited the most beautiful beaches on the peninsula every day, just to our taste, crystal clear sea, forest, beautiful nature!! We could use a bicycle, and the shops, bakery, cafes and the center of that small town are all about a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, our vacation was too short and if we come to Istria again, we would definitely come back here!! All praise for the host and the accommodation, it's nice to see that a lot of effort and detail has been put into it, everything else is just a bonus! Kind regards

We had a fantastic stay in this holiday accommodation! The location was perfect - quiet but still centrally located towards Cape Kamenjak and several deserted bays, so we could reach everything within 5 minutes. The apartment itself was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is also a small terrace on the ground floor. A washing machine and an additional refrigerator were also provided. Bicycles could also be rented from the landlords. This gave us the opportunity to explore the area in a relaxed manner. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, gave us great tips for trips in the area and made sure we felt completely at home. We can fully recommend this accommodation and would love to come back! In addition, the two cats in the yard greeted us every day

I recommend accommodation, the owners are very friendly, it is possible to rent bicycles. The car park is under a canopy so there is no need to worry in case of bad weather. The installation corresponds to the description of the codes described.
