The apartment is located in Primošten, one of the most beautiful places in Dalmatia. Kilometers of beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea and plenty of entertainment for all ages, playgrounds, will fascinate you at first glance. The apartment is approximately 75m2 in size, on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living space of approximately 30m2, in the living room there is a separate air-conditioner, sofa bed, table, kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with food preparation and serving food for about 8 people. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine, shower and other sanitary facilities. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. East Room, has balcony access, double bed, one single bed, air conditioning, embedded closet, nightstand. The bedroom on the west has a double bed and a large built-in closet. Room also has air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and other sanitary facilities. We provide one parking space in front of the home for a personal vehicle. Pets are on agreement.

After booking, the guest confirms the booking 20% of the total amount of the reservation on our bank account. The rest is paid on the spot upon arrival in the apartment. Possible different dynamics of payment by arrangement with the guest. Arrival to the apartments after 14.00 on the first day of the reservation, departure until 10.00 on the agreed date. If guests have more than one vehicle we provide a parking space at the local parking for an extra charge. The use of air conditioning is included in the price of the stay.

Kilometers of beautiful beaches allow you to find an ideal bathing location, whether it is a shady beach, hidden from the view, or a sunny beach filled with children's and teenagers throughout the day. During the summer evenings there is a cultural art program in place and there is fun for everyone, from a local discotheque where various performers perform, to summer carnival and fishermen evenings. Everyone will find something for themselves. Regular excursions to nature parks and nearby excursion sites are organized on the shores, and you can rent scooters, yachts in the area. Primošten loves at first glance and always comes back to him again.
Primošten we visit for 10 years. To this apartment we returning for several years. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Apartment location is convenient, located in a quiet part of town, near the beach and the town center, next to the grocery store. The apartment is clean, equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, spacious. Primosten is beautiful, has its charm. Recommended!

A very nice apartment in a convenient location and very well priced! It is well worth a visit! The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It is located in a very nice area and an easy walk to everything, yet far enough away from the crowds and busy nightlife to be peaceful at night. The town is lovely and has a lot to offer. It's a popular destination for good reason, with things to do by day and night. We highly recommend it!

Great, in the center of Primošten, just a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a supermarket just next to the apartment. I stayed there with my husband and our two children. We enjoyed the quietness in the evening. The apartment has everything you need and the owners were very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend it!
