Apartment ALEN (40 m2) is located on the ground floor of a private, detached house surrounded by a garden. It consists of 1 large bedroom (20m2) with double bed, extra bed and cot, kitchen with living room with sofa bed 135 x 190 cm, bathroom with toilet and a beautiful covered terrace of 12 m2 in front of the apartment . It is brand new and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday: air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, SAT-TV, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, grill. The price includes: bed linen, towels, kitchen towels (changed every 7 days), electricity, water, WiFi Internet, and tourist tax. The apartment is positioned 300 m from the beautiful sandy beach and 100 m from the supermarket.

Payment and terms

The reservation is confirmed by email and an advance payment of 100 € (equivalent in HRK) to the owner's bank account. After paying the advance, the guest receives by e-mail the lease agreement for the facility in a certain period with all the details from the offer. The remaining amount of rent is paid on the day of arrival in cash when picking up the keys of the apartment. Shifts are in high season - July and August - every Saturday or Sunday. Arrival: after 2 pm Departure: until 10 am
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

* Cancellation 90+ days before arrival - advance payment is refunded in full (reduced by bank charges) * Cancellation 60+ days before arrival - advance payment is refunded reduced by 50% and bank charges * Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival - advance payment is not refundable, but may remain as an advance payment for the following year.
