Modern apartment on two floors in a building built in 2022. The apartment is completely new and we will welcome the first guests in the 2024 season! The apartment has 3 bedrooms (6 people), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a spacious living room and two comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious terrace on the ground floor where guests can relax in the private heated pool, use the grill, or simply rest on the outdoor sofas and deckchairs... Parking is provided in front of the building, and every room has air conditioning and TV. The distance from the beach is 200 meters. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and beach bars, and in the selection of beaches you can choose between organized beaches with all amenities, or wild beaches in the pine forest for those who prefer to escape from the crowds and want privacy even in high season. Not even 5 kilometers from the apartment is one of the most famous beaches in Croatia, the Queen's Beach in Nin, which is only a few minutes away by car.

A 30% advance is paid when booking, and the rest (depending on the guest's preferences) is paid in cash upon arrival or to the same account a few days before arrival. Arrival is possible from 16:00 (earlier by arrangement) Departure is until 10:00
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is returned if the guest cancels more than a week before arrival. If the cancellation is within one week, the advance payment is not returned.
