The price includes: bed linen, towels, kitchen towels (changed every 7 days), electricity, water, WiFi Internet, and tourist tax. The reservation is confirmed by email and an advance payment of 100 € (equivalent in HRK) to the owner's bank account. After paying the advance, the guest receives by e-mail the lease agreement for the facility in a certain period with all the details from the offer. The remaining amount of rent is paid on the day of arrival in cash when picking up the keys of the apartment. Shifts are in high season - July and August - every Saturday or Sunday.
