Our home offers 4 apartments (3 apartments on the first floor and one on the ground floor) suitable for 2 to 5 persons. Villa Flora Maris has a beautiful private pool with hydro massage section in which all guests can enjoy every day. We have a big garden, with a BBQ, available for you to relax in. Our home is located in a small street and surrounded by fields. The biggest and closest beach is only 700 m away. Parking space is ensured. The apartments are new and cozy. We have put a lot of effort to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Nevertheless, if you are lacking anything or need any advice you can always ask us and we will be glad to help.

Rocky beach Privlaka is a small fisherman’s town in Dalmatia, near Zadar, surrounded on three sides by sea. This is the perfect place to relax in silence and peace from a stressful job, crowds and traffic noise. Privlaka has a lot of sandy beaches (the majority of beaches are shallow sand banks) which range from secluded ones to those with more facilities, so you can explore which one is the most appropriate for you. The sea is warm, calm and crystal clear. And if you happen to get bored of swimming and lying on the beach, Zadar (one of the most beautiful historical cities in Dalmatia) is less than 20 km away, Nin (medieval town, windsurfing area) is 3 km away, Zaton (horseback riding, scuba diving, tennis) 5 km and Vir (night life) is only 5 km away.
For those seeking peace at the sea Privlaka is an ideal place. and in terms of accommodation Flora Apartment is a clear choice for Privlaka. Although it is only on the outskirts of the city but when there is no view of the sea it will give you the view of the magnificent mountains in the distance. The owners of the apartment are very nice. The price of the accommodation is also beautiful. The room was very clean and quite modern. I just have to choose a holiday for several days. For 5 days there was little to try a cycling trail along the sea, a merry-go-round overlooking the sea ...... and to get to know the town and other snorkeling opportunities.
