Zitab Luxury apartments are located only 30 meters from the sea in the small and quiet town of Privlaka in the Zadar region. Newly built facilities with three luxury apartments offer a perfect and relaxing holiday in a beautifully decorated environment with a swimming pool. The idyll of this facility can be enjoyed by families with children, as well as young and older couples. The location of the facility itself is a big plus because the distance to other facilities such as shops, restaurants, pharmacies is close (within a max. 10-minute walk). In short, in addition to spacious accommodation, guests will enjoy comfortable large box beds, air-conditioned bedrooms where each room has its own air conditioner and smart TV, large and spacious wardrobes. In addition, there are tinted windows, magnetized interior doors, a large double-wing refrigerator with water and an ice maker, and a spacious and luxurious set in the living room. Payment and terms
Payment by the tourist who rented the apartment is made in cash upon arrival in the apartment or by payment at least 7 days before arrival in the apartment, and when making a reservation it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total reservation. The information for advance payment will be sent via the guest's e-mail address. After receiving the advance payment, the reservation is considered confirmed, and the guest will receive a voucher - confirmation of the reservation - on his e-mail. Check-in is from 16:00 onwards. Check out is until 10:00 am. Animals are not allowed in the facility. A deposit of €300 is paid after entering the facility and is returned to the guest if there is no damage during the stay. In addition to the deposit upon arrival, it is necessary to pay €100 for cleaning the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.

In case of cancellation of the stay, the advance payment is not returned.

Upon arrival at the accommodation, our guests will receive a welcome surprise. The accommodation price includes bed linen, towels for indoor showers, toilet paper for the first days, hand soap and body shampoo, as well as basic spices in the kitchen. Sights and additional content that guests can see during their stay will be presented to them upon arrival, and a few days before the guest will receive a message in which they will write everything they need to know when arriving at the facility.
