The apartment is located on the first floor, with a balcony overlooking the sea, in a quiet area of Punat. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large bathroom. The apartment is equipped with: TV, Satellite, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. A leisurely ten minute walk will take you to the beach or to the city center where you can find everything you need: a post office or a bank, shops and various restaurants offering local specialties. Whether you prefer having your first cup of coffee while enjoying the sea view and listening to birds chiping, or relaxing in the evening enjoying the sunset, staying in our apartment can provide both. First time on KRK (city of Punat) we found the perfect accommodation with the apartment of family Žic . The apartment is tastefully decorated and super equipped, everything you need is available. From the lovely balcony, we enjoyed the gorgeous views on so many evenings til late in the night. Something very special on this holiday was the friendly, warm atmosphere that family Žic offered to us. All of this contributed to a perfect vacation. We stayed at Žic family this summer and spent excellent family holidays in their apartment and the beautiful town of Punat. The apartment satisfies needs of any family and gives you calm and family atmosphere. The communication with Karmen and her family is excellent and you can address her with any issue. We made for the 3rd time in the family Zic holiday. It was as always fantastic. Very nice landlord, where we felt like home. The property is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need, equipped. Family Zic is very hospitable and attentive to their guests. The location is central with beautiful panoramic views. The car is safe in the hotel car park. The island is very attractive with many restaurants and an interesting harbor. The property is at any time recommendable. Will make definitely stay there again with the family Zic holiday.
