-payment is in cash or to a bank account -advance payment of €300 for reservation -arrival at the apartment after 2:00 p.m., and departure from the apartment by 10:00 a.m. -surcharge for a pet is €15 per day - the price includes air conditioning charges , Wi-Fi, garage...and all taxes.
Residential tax is included in price.in case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is returned when the apartment is filled again, otherwise it is retained.
