The house has three apartments, each with two bedrooms and two studio apartments. All apartments are air conditioned, have internet, fully equipped kitchens, TV / Sat, sea view, vacuum cleaners, private parking. Near the house within a radius of 300m there is a grocery store, several restaurants, cafe bars, fast food restaurant, diving center, travel agency, crane and berths for boats, bicycle and boat rental. Nearby is the sandy beach Mel, popular with families with younger children. In the place itself there is the Kalifrant peninsula with many natural beaches in the bays that can be reached on foot, by bike or by boat. On the peninsula itself is the Special Reserve of Mulberry Oak Forest, which was declared such in 1949.
