Welcome to the island of Rab in the town of Barbat. Our apartments are located in a beautiful and quiet location near the promenade by the sea and sandy beaches. All apartments have large balconies with a view of the sea, Wifi, smart TV and secured parking. Relax in this comfortable and beautifully decorated accommodation. The beach is located 200 meters from the apartment. Within a radius of 200 to 500 meters there are cafes, restaurants and a local market. The apartments have a beautiful view of the sea, free parking and WiFi. Guests can also use the yard and barbecue. Our dear guests have at their disposal fully equipped and modern apartments with large balconies overlooking the sea. The apartments have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and an additional sofa bed, as well as kitchens with all necessary contents. A yard with a barbecue is also available. Dear guests, entire apartments are available, consisting of an entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, as well as large balconies with a view of the sea.

Payment and terms
When you decide on our accommodation and stay on the beautiful island of Rab, you need to pay an advance payment in the amount of 2 nights, and the rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Your reservation is secure and you can relax and plan your arrival and count down the days until your vacation. Check in is from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Check out is until 9 a.m. If you need a more flexible check out or check in, eg arriving later in the evening or leaving later, we can adjust depending on the possibilities.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
Advance payment is your assurance that your reservation is secure and that your accommodation is waiting for you, and we are assured that you will be our dear guests. For this reason, if you cancel the reservation up to 30 days before the day of arrival, it will be refunded in full. If you cancel the reservation within 30 days from the day of arrival, then we keep the advance payment.
