Pleasant, duplex apartment of 72m2 in a green and quiet area, 4 minutes from the Maritime Museum and 6 minutes from downtown by car. The apartment is in an old stone house and has recently been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (extra large 210x180, 140x200 standard) and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ...) in the apartment are washing machine and dryer, and the terrace is a barbecue. The nearest local bus stop is only 60m. Wireless Internet access is free of charge. Private parking in front of the house is free.

Great place
