For every inquiry before booking, we send the house rules for inspection. The accommodation price includes: usual consumption of electricity and water, air conditioning in the summer (heating in the winter), final cleaning, bed linen, bathroom towels, one parking space for a personal vehicle and tourist tax. Exclusively and only with prior agreement, it is possible for guests to bring or bring various scooters, romobiles, sups, etc. to the apartment and/or garden or field. Check-out time is until 10 a.m., and check-in time is at 2 p.m. Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, the guest is obliged to pay an advance payment of 25% by bank transfer within 2 days and send a written confirmation of payment to the e-mail, which definitively confirms the reservation. Payment of the difference up to the total amount of accommodation is made immediately upon arrival.
