During your stay, guests are the only visitors to the facility, while the owner occasionally visits the upper floor. Our apartment is characterized by its contemporary design, comfort and carefully thought-out details, creating a pleasant atmosphere in which everyone can feel at home. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything necessary for a relaxed and carefree vacation, and the spacious terrace with a view is an ideal place for morning coffee, family lunch or quiet evening moments. The apartment is located second row to the sea. The beach is 40 m away. The nearest shop is 5 minutes by car in the neighboring town of Stupin Čeline. In the town of Rogoznica, 10 minutes by car away, there are numerous shops, a market, beaches, a church, a marina and more.

In case of difficulties in finding or late arrival, please feel free to contact us. Description of payment and reservation model Reservation of accommodation in Apartment Helena is confirmed by paying an advance payment of 50% of the total price to the IBAN account that will be provided when agreeing on the reservation. The remaining amount is paid no later than upon arrival at the apartment. By paying the advance payment, your reservation becomes confirmed and guaranteed. Ideal arrival time: 2:00 p.m. Ideal departure time: 10:00 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following terms and conditions for refund of the advance payment apply: A full refund of the advance payment is made if the guest cancels at least 60 days before the planned arrival. If the cancellation is made from 40 to 59 days before arrival, 50% of the advance payment is refunded. For cancellations less than 39 days before arrival, the advance payment is not refunded.
